We are glad to announce that The Journal of Corporate Governance, Insurance, and Risk Management (JCGIRM) (ISSN: 2757-0983) has entered into a partnership agreement with Acadlore, a multidisciplinary open-access publisher. Starting from 2023, all issues of JCGIRM will be published under the banner of Acadlore, with the original editors-in-chief (e.g., Prof. Simon Grima, Prof Darko Tipuric and Dr. Igor Todorovic) still serving as Chief Editors of the journal.
Prof. Simon Grima is the the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy, Associate Professor and the Head of the Department of Insurance and Risk Management which he set up in 2015 and started and coordinates the MA and MSc Insurance and Risk Management degrees together with the B. Com in Insurance at the University of Malta. Simon is also a Professor at the University of Latvia, Faculty of Business, Management and Economics and a visiting Professor at UNICATT Milan. He served as the President of the Malta Association of Risk Management (MARM) and President of the Malta Association of Compliance Officers (MACO) between 2013 and 2015, and between 2016 and 2018 respectively. Moreover, he is the chairman of the Scientific Education Committee of the Public Risk Management Organization (PRIMO) and the Federation of European Risk Managers (FERMA). His research focus is on Governance, Regulations and Internal Controls and has over 30 years of experience varied between Financial Services, academia and public entities. He has acted as co-chair and is a member of the scientific program committee on some international conferences and is a chief editor, editor and review editor of some Journals and Book Series. He has been awarded outstanding reviewer for Journal of Financial Regulation and Compliance in the 2017 Emerald Literati Awards. Prof. Ercan Özen, received his BSc in Public Finance (1994) in Anadolu University, MSc in Business-Accounting (1997), PhD in Business Finance (2008) from University of Afyon Kocatepe. Now he is professor in department of finance and banking, Faculty of Applied Sciences, "University of Uşak, Türkiye (Turkey). His current research interests include different aspects of Finance such as Capital Markets, Financial Literacy and Financial Analysis. He has (co-) authored about 20 book Projects and 100 scientific papers, more than 50 conferences participations, member in International Program Committee of 3 conferences and workshops. Prof. Dr. Igor Todorovic serves as Associate Professor in field of Management at University of Banja Luka, and teaches subjects like Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Quality Management, and Quality and Competitiveness and Research Methods. He received a Bachelor Commerce in Accounting at The University of Canberra, Faculty of Business and Government, a Master of Science at The University of Banja Luka, Faculty of Economics, and a PhD at The University of Banja Luka, Faculty of Economics. He has been engaging in post-doctorate research in Corporate Governance in SOEs at University of Maribor, Faculty of Economics and Business, and Aston University, Aston Business School, Birmingham. Dr. Željko Stević is Assistant professor at University of East Sarajevo, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering Doboj. He received PhD in Transport and Traffic Engineering from University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Technical Sciences 2018. His research interests mainly include logistics; supply chain management; transport; traffic engineering; soft computing; multi-criteria decision-making problems; rough set theory; sustainability; fuzzy set theory, neutrosophic set theory; circular economy. He has published over 170 papers from the areas of his interest. He has been serving as Chief Editor of the journal Operational Research in Engineering Sciences: Theory and Applications, and member of Program Committee 35 more journals and conferences. He is one of the coauthors of the new methods in field of operations research and decision-making, and recognized by Stanford University as World's Top 2% Scientist for 2020. In January 2018, Prof. Zeljko Stevic received the medal merit for the people in the field of education and science. In November 2017, he was named the best young researcher of the 3rd cycle (Doctoral) studies. In September 2019, he was recognized as Top Peer Reviewer in the Global Peer Review Awards 2019 (Publons). She is a Research Fellow in the field of technical and technological sciences - Urban Planning and Spatial Planning (Institute of Architecture and Urban & Spatial Planning of Serbia (IAUS). As a senior spatial and urban planner, Dr. Ana boasts comprehensive experience within territorial development, project management, and research domain. She is interested in the Smart City paradigm, and cohesive and sustainable development in general. She works with multidisciplinary teams on sustainable development plans and projects with real benefits for the community, economy, and environment in general. Her main research interests include transportation geography, transportation accessibility, mobility, geographic information system, smart cities, spatial planning in internal and international linkages, land use planning, land governance, sustainable development, geography, and climate change.

We are pleased to announce that Prof. Dr. Andreas Pester has been appointed Editor-in-Chief of Acadlore Transactions on AI and Machine Learning (ATAIML).
Prof. Dr. Andreas Pester currently serves as professor for machine and deep learning at the British University in Egypt in Sherouk. He was and is involved in more than 20 EU- and national projects, as project leader or as collaborator, including Erasmus +, TEMPUS, MINERVA, etc. He was a co-organizer of the IEEE Global Engineering Education Conference (EDUCON’21), Interactive Collaborative and Blended Learning (ICBL) conferences from 2008 – 2019, and is member of the PC of several other conferences. In 2021, he chaired the EDUCON 21 conference 12th edition in Vienna. He was awarded with the EDUCON Meritorious Service Award. He is a member of IEEE, IAOE and IGIP. His research interests had been in online simulation. In the last six years, he concentrated on deep learning, especial GAN and GDL architectures and mood data analysis, and taught modules like Artificial neural network, Data analysis and visualization, Deep Learning, and Natural language processing. He is the author and co-author of more than 75 publications.
