We are pleased to announce that Prof. Ercan Özen has been appointed Editor-in-Chief of Opportunities and Challenges in Sustainability (OCS).

Prof. Ercan Özen, received his BSc in Public Finance (1994) in Anadolu University, MSc in Business-Accounting (1997), PhD in Business Finance (2008) from University of Afyon Kocatepe. Now he is professor in department of finance and banking, Faculty of Applied Sciences, University of Uşak, Türkiye (Turkey). His current research interests include different aspects of Finance such as Capital Markets, Financial Literacy and Financial Analysis. He has (co-) authored about 20 book Projects and 100 scientific papers, more than 50 conferences participations, member in International Program Committee of 3 conferences and workshops. He is chair of International Applied Social Sciences Congress (C-iasoS)- https://iasoscongress.org/en/. He manages “The Journal of Corporate Governance, Insurance, and Risk Management (JCGIRM), https://jcgirm.com/“ as one of the Co-Editor in Chiefs as well. The Editor also is certificated accountant, member of Agean Finance Association and member of TEMA (Turkey Combating Soil Erosion, for Reforestation and the Protection of Natural Resources Foundation.)

Opportunities and Challenges in Sustainability (OCS) (www.acadlore.com/ocs) is an international open access journal for scientists, practitioners, and policy makers interested in the pathways toward sustainable development of human beings. The mission of OCS is to publish the latest findings on the benefits, problems, and solutions of sustainable development, and inspire policy-makers to achieve sustainable development goals. The journal provides a global forum for studies related to sustainability in all countries and regions in the world, especially the emerging countries.
